Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our printed transfers, we cannot accept returns on custom designs. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will provide a replacement immediately.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Submit a Claim

    Email our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect.

  • 2.
    Quality Review

    Our production team will review the photos to determine if the issue was a printing error or an application error.

  • 3.
    Return Authorization

    If a return is required for non-custom items, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 4.
    Replacement or Refund

    Once approved, we will ship out a replacement set of transfers at no cost or issue a store credit.
